Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Standard shipping takes an additional 3–7 business days. Expedited shipping is available at checkout. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

At GiaBella Jewels, every bracelet tells a story, and we want you to love yours! Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Because many of our bracelets and charms are personalized or custom-made, custom orders and made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. Note: items cannot be returned if damaged due to incorrect or excessive force when inserting charms. Once your return is received and inspected, a gift card will be emailed to you directly.

A Charm Bar Party is a fully hosted jewelry experience where Danielle brings the entire charm bar setup to your location! Guests browse hundreds of charms, build their own custom bracelet, and leave with a one-of-a-kind piece of jewelry.

Our Mini Party package starts at up to 10 guests. We can accommodate smaller private sessions too — just contact us to discuss your needs.

We are based in New Canaan, CT and travel throughout Fairfield County, CT and the surrounding area. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard radius. Contact us with your location and we'll let you know!

We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially during busy seasons. We'll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests!

Absolutely — that's the beauty of Italian charm bracelets! You can purchase a full bracelet for $15 (16 links) with just a few charms to start, then slowly swap out the plain bracelet links for charms over time. Start as big or as small as you'd like — even one initial charm looks amazing! Prefer something smaller? Try a half bracelet for $10 (8 links) paired with 8 charms. However you start, we're here to help you build the perfect bracelet within your budget.

To keep your Italian charm bracelet looking its best: avoid contact with water, perfume, and lotions. Store in a dry place when not wearing. Gently wipe with a soft cloth to clean. With proper care, your bracelet will stay beautiful for years to come!
