At GiaBella Jewels, every bracelet tells a story, and we want you to love yours! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Custom & Personalized Items
Because many of our bracelets and charms are personalized or custom-made, custom orders, personalized charms, and made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right. You cannot return an item if it has been used or is damaged due to incorrect or excessive force when inserting charms into your bracelet.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, a GC will be emailed to you directly.
